Place the O-Ring on a stable, flat surface. Hold the <strong>KEVN\u00ae<\/strong> O-Ring ID Tool in a vertical position so that the<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\tstraight edge of the sliding weight hangs out the bottom of the steel tube.\n\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t2. Position the straight edge of the weight on the O-Ring&#8217;s cross-section and raise the weight all the way to the top of the tube (as far<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\tas it will go).\n\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t3. Release the weight and let it drop onto the O-Ring. The weight will bounce.
