PERFREZ® O-Ring Compound Specifics

PERFREZ® 9021A offers outstanding resistance to high temperature, steam, and a broad range of chemicals. This compound is resistant to extrusion under high-pressure environments due to its high hardness and high modulus. PERFREZ ® 9021A is ideal for use in oil & gas field, where resistance to explosive decompression is essential.

PERFREZ® 9021A Data Sheet – FFKM 90 Durometer

PERFREZ® 9001C, a heat-resistant grade perfluoroelastomer, is designed to deliver superior thermal stability and extended service life under conditions of very high temperatures. It is formulated by a special polymer compounding process involving large particle size carbon blacks, which resulted in an enhanced mechanical property and a low compression set. It has excellent chemical resistance due to low volume swell. PERFREZ ® 9001C is used extensively in the chemical processing industries where outstanding performance is required under hostile service environments. A maximum upper service temperature of 300°C is recommended.

It is the most popular compound which provides the broadest spectrum of use due to its wider chemical withstanding range, as well as improved thermal and steam resistance. It is well suited in many applications within the chemical process industry, such as flow controllers, connectors, and spraying equipments.

PERFREZ® 9021C Data Sheet – FFKM 80 Durometer

PERFREZ® 9071C, a black fluoroelastomer FFKM, is designed to withstand a broad range of chemicals and temperatures. On the basis of cost-performance ratio, PERFREZ ® 9071C is an ideal choice for general-purpose use in the chemical process industry specifically. With its excellent resistance to acids, bases, amines, and other aggressive chemicals, this compound delivers good performance in a wide range of industrial applications and mixed process streams. This compound has a service temperature range from -10°C to 240°C.

PERFREZ® 9131E, similar to PERFREZ ® 9001, is a heat-resistant grade perfluoroelastomer, but exhibits a greater thermal stability. PERFREZ ® 9131E broadens the sealing options as it is developed to meets the requirements of new seal applications in dynamic environments. PERFREZ®9131E is used in diverse applications across the chemical processing industries where extreme chemical solvents are required. With an improved thermal resistance, a maximum upper service temperature is extended to 320°C.
