Companies who wish to do repeat business with Global O-Ring and Seal may apply for a commercial account using this form. Benefits to having a commercial account include:

• Potential for discounted pricing levels (based on annual purchase volume)
• Net 30 Payment Terms (if Net 30 terms are selected and upon credit approval)
• Stored company defaults (tax status, addresses, shipping account, billing contacts, etc)
• Ability to place orders online or by phone/fax/email
• Reduced order minimum (from $25 to $5) for phone/fax/email orders
