Disaster doesn’t always strike in the window of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. For these moments when time is of the essence, Global O-Ring and Seal customers can call 832-448-5550 after-hours, weekends, and holidays or fill out an emergency callout form below. Our After-Hours Callout team is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Your call to our voicemail or web form submission will go to our After-Hours Callout team where they will respond to your request (typically within one hour).

Our service area extends beyond Houston and covers emergencies coast to coast. For customers nationwide, Global O-Ring and Seal has carriers in place to handle shipments in the evening and on weekends. Here are the following options for fulfilling your emergency order:

1) Local Pickup at our Will Call Door

2) UPS Shipment on Saturdays and Coming Soon on Sundays (depending on the time)

3) Airport to Airport service utilizing United QuickPak
