When you reach out, mention “American-made” on the form or quote — that’s how we route your request to our domestic-manufactured line.

MADE IN THE USA

When your spec requires American-made

  • Meets domestic-content requirements — Buy American, DoD, and state procurement
  • Made in USA documentation — available on request for specs and POs
  • Engineering on call — real US-based engineers
  • Quality you can audit — ISO-registered facility
  • Material breadth — NBR, FKM, EPDM, silicone, PTFE, HNBR…

When a specification — or a contract — requires American-made, where the part is produced matters as much as the part itself. The oil seals, rotary shaft seals, and o-rings on this page are produced in the United States by a long-established domestic manufacturer. Stocked sizes ship from US inventory; custom geometries are designed, tooled, and molded onshore.

Five reasons engineers and buyers choose this line

Domestic Manufacturing

Designed, compounded, tooled, and molded in the USA. Buy American friendly for domestic-content requirements.

Engineering Support

In-house seal engineers help with material selection, groove design, and made-to-print parts.

Material Breadth

NBR, HNBR, FKM, EPDM, VMQ silicone, FVMQ, PTFE, AEM, ACM, FFKM — matched to your fluid and temperature.

ISO-Certified Quality

ISO-registered manufacturing with C of C, lot traceability, and material test reports on request.

Responsive US Production

Stocked sizes ship from US inventory; domestic production keeps custom work responsive and easy to plan.

Built in the USA — what that actually means for you

Domestic manufacturing, not domestic warehousing

A lot of suppliers stock imported parts in a US warehouse and call it “American.” That is not what this is. The compounds, the tooling, the molding, and the inspection are all performed inside the United States.

  • Buy American friendly for federal, DoD, and state procurement
  • Domestic-content traceability available on request
  • Made in USA documentation for specs and POs that require it
  • ITAR-friendly for defense-controlled programs

Responsive, US-based production

When your specification requires American-made, you also get a US factory and US warehouse behind the part. Standard sizes ship from stock, and custom work runs on a domestic production timeline you can plan around.

  • Standard AS568 sizes ship from US stock
  • Custom tooling quoted on a domestic production timeline
  • Expedited custom runs supported by US engineering capacity
  • US-based engineering and support throughout

What we supply from this line

Three ways we supply this line — by how the seal moves and by how it’s built. Whether you spec a standard size or send a print, every path runs through the same US manufacturing operation.

STATIC

O-Rings (Static Sealing)

Full AS568 inch, metric, JIS B 2401, and BS o-rings across stocked compound families and durometers — for face seals, flange seals, and other no-motion (static) joints.

ROTARY

Oil Seals & Rotary Shaft Seals

Single-lip, double-lip, and spring-loaded rotary shaft seals and radial oil seals (see the size chart) for pumps, gearboxes, motors, axles, and hydraulic equipment — the rotating-motion sealing range. Specialty configurations via rotary sealing solutions.

CUSTOM

Custom Molded Seals

Engineered-to-order seals — non-standard cross sections, special compounds, and made-to-print geometries, designed and tooled domestically.

Material breadth — one source, every elastomer

The same domestic manufacturer produces across the full elastomer range, so you can consolidate suppliers without compromising on material fit. Common service ranges below; specific compounds may extend further.

OEM-approved & QPL-listed compounds

Material breadth only matters if the compound is actually qualified for your program. Many of the domestic FKM (fluorocarbon) compounds behind this line are formally approved to named automotive OEM material standards and listed on AMS / MIL Qualified Products Lists (QPL) — not just “equivalent to.” If your drawing calls out a specific approval, note it on your RFQ and we will match the compound to it. Representative approvals are shown below; individual compounds frequently carry additional listings.

CompoundTypical gradeRepresentative OEM & specification approvals

Approvals shown are representative and can be superseded or extended over time — confirm the exact current listing for your program on your RFQ. For MIL-Spec / AMS QPL detail across the full line, see Sealing Solutions.

How to order

Quick tip: Note “American-made” on your RFQ, in the contact form comments, or when you call — we carry both domestic and imported inventory, and that flag tells us to quote you from the US-manufactured line you saw on this page.

Request your American-made quote

Standard AS568 and metric sizes, or custom, non-stocked, and made-to-print parts — send the sizes, compounds, and quantities, a drawing, or an OEM part number. We respond with a material recommendation, lead time, and price from the US-manufactured line.

FAQ

Are these oil seals and o-rings really made in the USA?

Yes. The rotary shaft seals, oil seals, and o-rings on this page are designed, compounded, tooled, and molded inside the United States by a long-established domestic manufacturer. That is different from imported parts warehoused in a US facility — this is end-to-end domestic production.

Do I qualify for Buy American on these parts?

The domestic manufacturing footprint makes this line a good fit for Buy American Act requirements on federal procurement, plus state and DoD domestic-content rules, and ITAR-friendly defense work. Domestic-content documentation is available on request — ask for it on your RFQ or PO.

What proof of US manufacturing can you provide?

Made in USA documentation and domestic-content traceability are available on request, alongside Certificates of Conformance (C of C), material test reports, and full lot traceability from the ISO-registered manufacturing facility. Request the documentation you need on your RFQ or PO and it ships with the order.
