MARKEZ® FFKM O-Rings

MARKEZ® is a high-performance perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) compound line built to deliver excellent chemical resistance and high temperature performance at outstanding value. Formulated from ingredients similar to premium FFKM brands, MARKEZ® o-rings are used in high temperature, high pressure, and chemically aggressive sealing applications, with heat resistance up to 635°F (335°C) depending on compound selected. MARKEZ® O-Ring Compound Specifics

MARKEZ® Z1028 is our most popular general purpose FFKM compound, combining broad chemical resistance with a favorable cost profile. This black, 75 durometer compound performs as an economical, high value alternative to Kalrez® 6375, 4079, and 7075 across chemical processing, paint, and ink applications where resistance to harsh solvents is required. Z1028 is rated for continuous service up to 610°F (321°C).

MARKEZ® Z1703 offers some of the broadest chemical compatibility in the MARKEZ® line. This black, 75 durometer compound resists strong acids, hot amines, and aggressive solvents while also holding FDA compliance and USP Class VI medical grade certification. It serves as a lower cost alternative to Kalrez® 6375, 6230, and LS205, with a maximum service temperature of 525°F (274°C).

MARKEZ® Z1352, a black, 75 durometer general purpose compound, improves on hot amine and steam resistance while maintaining strong performance across most acids and solvents. It is used as an alternative to Kalrez® 6375, 6380, and 1050LF, with a maximum service temperature of 500°F (260°C).

MARKEZ® Z1416 is the FDA compliant version of our flagship Z1028 compound. This black, 75 durometer material pairs wide chemical compatibility with higher temperature resistance up to 610°F (321°C) and a low temperature rating to −5°F (−21°C). It is formulated as an alternative to Kalrez® 6230 and LS222.

MARKEZ® Z1400 is our highest temperature FFKM compound. This black, 75 durometer material is engineered for the best long term compression set resistance at continuous service up to 335°C (635°F), with short excursions to 350°C. This high purity, low outgassing compound offers a wide range of chemical and solvent resistance and is used as an alternative to Kalrez® 7075, 4079, and 8900.

MARKEZ® Z1400 Data Sheet (FFKM 75 Durometer)

MARKEZ® Z1412 is formulated for oil and gas service. This black, 90 durometer compound meets NORSOK M710 explosive decompression requirements and delivers excellent resistance to sour gas and associated chemicals as well as steam, with a service temperature up to 590°F (310°C). It is used as an alternative to Kalrez® 7090, 3018, and Chemraz® 510.

MARKEZ® Z1029, a white, 75 durometer general purpose compound, offers good resistance to oxidation and sustained high temperature exposure. Z1029 serves applications up to 575°F (302°C) and is used as an alternative to Chemraz® 513, Kalrez® 2037, and Kalrez® 8575.

MARKEZ® Z1318 is both USP Class VI and FDA compliant, offering a wide range of chemical compatibility for pharmaceutical and life science applications. This white, 75 durometer compound is rated to 500°F (260°C) and is used as an alternative to Kalrez® 6221, LS205, and Chemraz® 625.

MARKEZ® Z1218 was developed for semiconductor and plasma exposure environments. This violet, 70 durometer compound offers high purity and long service life in demanding process chambers, rated to 536°F (280°C). It is used as an alternative to Kalrez® 9100, 8575, and 9300.

MARKEZ® Z1321, a black, 75 durometer compound, is formulated for improved low temperature resistance in oilfield and gas exploration applications while maintaining wide chemical resistance. It is used as an alternative to Kalrez® 0040 and is rated from −50°F (−46°C) up to 480°F (249°C).

MARKEZ® Z1322, a black, 90 durometer compound, pairs AED explosive decompression resistance with a low temperature rating of −50°F (−46°C), giving it one of the broadest overall temperature and chemical resistance ranges in the MARKEZ® line. It is used as an alternative to Kalrez® 0040 and is rated up to 465°F (241°C).

MARKEZ® Z1403, a white, 75 durometer compound, offers improved plasma resistance, higher purity, and low extractables across a wide temperature range. It is used as an alternative to Kalrez® 7275, 8575, and 9500, with a service range from −20°F (−29°C) up to 600°F (316°C).

MARKEZ® Z1426 is an extreme performance, high purity compound built to sanitary design standards. This black, 75 durometer material is FDA compliant and USP Class VI medical grade, resisting strong acids, aggressive solvents, steam, hot amines, and plasma. It is used as an alternative to Kalrez® 6230 and Simriz® 486, with a service range from 14°F (−10°C) up to 446°F (230°C).
