We have upgraded our online customer portal to streamline visibility into open and previous orders, as well as your account statement. Make sure you’re logged in and go under My Account to access these features.
While logged in, go under My Account, and click Orders. Atop, you’ll see the Open Orders section which shows orders that have not yet shipped. Below, you’ll see the Previous Orders section which shows invoices for orders that we have fulfilled. This section can be especially helpful for locating parts that are frequently ordered, which simplifies reordering.
In either section, select an invoice number to see an overview of the order. Click Download As PDF to view a printable version containing shipping information and tracking number.
Access Account Statement
While logged in, go under My Account, and click Account Statement. The top section contains your account information. If any information happens to be missing or incorrect in this section, please contact us. The next section contains current open balances and past due amounts over time. The last section shows all open invoices. Click an invoice number to see an overview of the order.
Click Download As PDF to view a printable version containing shipping information and tracking number. Remittance instructions will also be displayed at the bottom. On the main screen, the PRINT button in the top right corner. Once clicked, the full Account Statement page may be printed.
